Refunds and Returns
Boost N Blend™ is committed to providing you with a high quality product that covers up your thinning hair. If for any reason you are not happy with the product when it arrives, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide you with instructions for you to return your product for a full refund of the cost of the product minus the shipping cost. All refunds must be notified within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that a full refund will only be offered if the product is returned in its original box and with a copy of the invoice. We do not accept open and or used bottles of any product at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days from receipt of the returned product.
Damaged Or Incomplete Delivery
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via email@example.com and we will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately.

Shipping & Handling
Orders placed by 11 am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Postage and handling is a flat rate of $10 to anywhere in the USA. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping is via International Courier with tracking and signature on delivery.
Allow 3 - 5 days for delivery within the USA however, remote areas may be slightly longer.
If you spend more than $120, standard shipping is FREE to customers in the USA.
Please allow 10 - 14 days for international standard delivery. Express Delivery to New Zealand and Singapore may take up to 5 days.If you have any issues with your delivery please email us at email@example.com.
